Once you've signed it, we can start with the app! You can download it using the information provided in the email and log in with the credentials you set up. Once you've done that, you now have access to the app! But what can you do with it?
The Home Screen!
Let's start with the home screen! From here, you can navigate anywhere. You can customize your own profile, view your payments (which are automatically made monthly), take on challenges, track your progress, access the community, download the nutrition app, and view all workouts!
Let's begin with the community.
By clicking on the button on the home screen, you'll enter the community! Here, you have your own profile, and you can see everything from other community members (only what you choose to share, of course). You can share whatever you want, within the guidelines and with whom you want. This way, you can keep each other updated, take on challenges together, and share delicious recipes! It's an extra motivation point when you do it together.
Next, we have the progress tracking.
Here, you can track everything that's happening with your body! This way, you get a complete overview of what your body has been up to lately. You can enter things like your weight, waist circumference, bicep measurements, body fat measurements, or other data. Everything can be recorded and tracked in your own document!
All workouts are already available in the app. You just need to click on the one you want to do. You have your own goals and want to get the best out of them. There are multiple workouts available for each goal. These can be followed through animations, which is very convenient for people who may not always know how to perform an exercise correctly! Additionally, you can choose whether you want to train in a gym or prefer to do it at home. There's plenty of choice!
Lastly, we have the nutrition app! This is a separate app that is linked to the program. They say that exercise contributes to 70% of weight loss. So, it's essential to know what you eat! In the app, you can easily track this, so you know how many calories, carbohydrates, proteins, fats, and even vitamins you're consuming!
Every two weeks, a new blog is posted on the community! You can always go back and read the old ones too!
